Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI have been living here for 3 years. I love how secluded it is and the friendly staff. The maintenance staff is always helpful and quick to fixing anything needed. I recently had an issue with children stealing my plants. Mentioning this to the staff did not seem silly and I felt they cared about my issue. I have not had a bad experience living here. I think with all apartment complexes there may be times of frustration or miscommunication but i have not experienced that while at Ava Apartments. I feel they care about the community and do well in maintaining it. I think the addition of the dog park and upgrades to the laundry units and all bee positive. The Team makes is a point to want to hear from their residents on how they can better serve the community. It does note matter what issues arise I feel comfortable in knowing the Ava Team will handle it. I would recommend calling this place home to any new resident.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust moved in. So far the office has been very helpful and everyone has been nice. Our apartment is very well kept and spacious. Originally we had roaches when we moved in which was upsetting but the exterminator has been regularly coming which helped out a lot.

|Recommended: YesNice Complex — Ive been here since February and honestly I have no complaints. The office staff have been more than helpful, and I haven't had any issues regarding my unit. Location is a plus, being tucked away from the Main roads there isn't too much noise.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Nice place to live. Not the cleanest but still decent enough to live in here. I love the communication through email. In general the maintenance is good and office people are nice. I love the lake and the trees that surround the complex.

|Recommended: YesOkay but can use some work — Nice quiet low key apartments and area close to everything. Staff is nice and helpful but maintenance needs to do better. Parking is fair first come first serve. Animal owners need to pick up after their pets. Neighbors upstairs are loud always beating and stumping on something everyday. They also play music and loud instruments playing every weekend. Thanks for letting me and my daughter live here
