I am a health worker, so my work starts very early. I have been able to observe how on some occasions , they start working as early as 5 a.m.
When I moved to this community, I did it with my daughter, we were alone and the help we received was very valuable, beyond just a maintenance service, there was also human quality. I think that the Ava apartments are an excellently located place, close to many important places in the city. It also has green areas of great beauty, but it is notorious that there are limited resources to make the place even more welcoming. With all respect, I do not think that it is a matter of carelessness on the part of the maintenance personnel, on the contrary, I reiterate that they do a great job. I rather think that there is a need for greater investment and involvement on the part of the owners.

Maintenance are always quick to respond in any issues. Just have a few issues like Dog poop in front of my window and walk ways and parking. Dog owners do not pick up there dog poops and its the first thing you smell in the morning when you get out of your apartment.
