Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI just moved in this week s... — I just moved in this week so this review is quite early but i love the community so far. There is plenty of walkable space and amenities to enjoy plus access to a great lake view.
The neighborhood is quite peaceful and the only concerns preventing this from being a 5 star is cleanliness and paint concerns on first day which is unsafe for my wife's allergies or Asthma. Also maintenance has not acted on the request to cover exposed wiring in the front wall tap.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI just moved in my beautifu... — I just moved in my beautiful, 1 bedroom 1ba apartment, with an absolute stunning lake view I officially started moving in on Saturday, March 19,2022 I couldn't be happier except the fact that following Monday I was positive for COVID-19 From all the staff to my new neighbors have made me feel right at home. I am actually referring a dear friend of mine, whom is a highschool Teacher to come and hopefully move over here as well Janessa has been a huge help from beginning and throughout the rental process. She is an absolute sweet heart, and extremely professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AVA APARTMENTS I WILL BE REMAINING HERE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust moving here from Louis... — Just moving here from Louisville Kentucky There is a lot of tranquility in the set up and design of this apartment Facing a fountain and lake every morning was like waking up at a bed and breakfast resort. 😊 Rita and the rest of the people in charge do a wonderful job fast service for any small little maintenance problems
And the maintenance staff was very efficient and fast. Parking was very accessible too, I would highly recommend renting from here. Neighbors and fellow tenants were very friendly as well, you don’t feel like an out-of-town stranger
Thanks again for the experience if I ever move to Florida again it will be on my short list places to rent from
