|Recommended: YesPeace of Mind and True Compassion at AVA Apartments — I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire office staff and team at AVA Apartments. From the very beginning, everyone has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Every interaction has been positive, professional, and reassuring, which truly makes a difference when choosing a place to live for a loved one.
The community itself is beautifully maintained. The grounds are consistently clean, well cared for, and inviting, reflecting the pride and attention the staff puts into the property every day. It is clear that creating a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for residents is a top priority.
Maintenance deserves special recognition as well. Work orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and the maintenance team is always respectful, thorough, and dependable. Knowing that any issue is addressed promptly brings a great sense of comfort and trust.

Everything was perfect with the employee Dr. Francisco. His work is always 100 PERFECT. Also, since I have been living in the complex for 3 years, Mr. Francisco has always done ALL the work for me on this occasion and in the past 3 years mentioned above. I am satisfied with his work.
