Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesIn the 2nd year of living in the Ava. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The Ava maintenance of the property and is well kept. The neighbors are respectable. The property as a whole is in a great location for all necessary needs.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLovely view, decent amenities, good value, very accommodating staff, and the best location. But noisy neighbors and thin walls. Residents don't pick up after their dogs. But this isn't at the fault of Ava.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far so good. I love how everything is so modern. The laundry room and gym are easy to access because they are run through apps. The staff does an amazing above and beyond job at communicating with its members. I wish we could host community events more. Trash works great although I wish it was discounted. A little bit of a mold problem but other than that fantastic. The community is always kept clean. There is always a maintenance staff working hard. Great job and appreciate the renovations it goes to show the money is going toward improving community. Lots of respect for that.
