Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far so good. I love how everything is so modern. The laundry room and gym are easy to access because they are run through apps. The staff does an amazing above and beyond job at communicating with its members. I wish we could host community events more. Trash works great although I wish it was discounted. A little bit of a mold problem but other than that fantastic. The community is always kept clean. There is always a maintenance staff working hard. Great job and appreciate the renovations it goes to show the money is going toward improving community. Lots of respect for that.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love life at the Ava. It’s a quiet life. If you are looking fir a great place to live that’s full of nice neighbors then this is the place for you. It’s also near lots of great places. Publix, Walmart grocery, and a bowling ally just to name a few.

Good location, comfort within the facilities of essential services such as loaundrymart, computer area, activities area, swimming pool, gym, playgroud and good parking. And a wide application for the community where you can perform most of the services such as Request for maintenance, Make payments online, Reserve for Club House, Communication about any change or management that they are going to carry out, etc. In general, a good and quiet area to live. 😊
