The tenants are quiet and respectful, everyone minds their own business. I had a work order put in and they fixed the problem immediately. The community itself could use some tlc some new wood and paint but other than that I like living here so far.

The location is great, because it’s very quick to catch a cab to the airport or downtown for nightlife. It’s also close to 275 and 4.
The repairmen are prompt and friendly.
