Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesFrom the moment I first stepped foot into the warm, friendly and beautifully decorated leasing office I knew I was home . From my first time touring up to signing my lease, my leasing agent, Nicole, was spectacular. She took the time to explain about all the different size and price breakdowns of each apartment size I was interested in, she answered every one of my questions with a big smile on her face both prior to and at the time of leasing. The property grounds are gorgeous and my apartment is perfect Thank you to the great staff in the office for making my move here to the Ava so seamless and wonderful. I look forward to making the Ava Apartments my home for a long time to come

The tenants are quiet and respectful, everyone minds their own business. I had a work order put in and they fixed the problem immediately. The community itself could use some tlc some new wood and paint but other than that I like living here so far.
