Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI honestly did not have a great experience at all. I moved in to several damages around the house it was absolutely filthy. One thing I may say is the maintenance team is amazing They fixed everything upon request.

Apartment looks very clean. Friendly staff. Friendly neighbors. A lot of parking space available. We just moved in. I'll have more to say after being here longer.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesMold, ants, roaches and termites ....oh my. The building I live in is being eaten from inside out by termites. Nothing is being done to repair anything, still up, up, up the rent goes.
Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesWonderful and easy move in process Super excited to live here. The office was very helpful and addressed my needs quickly and efficiently. The property is always clean, including the gym, pool, dog park, playground, parking and laundry room. The maintenance team was super helpful.

Front desk has been 10 10 with customer service. I only wish that every apartment complex around this area wasn't so expensive.
|Recommended: YesReview of the apartment — Ava apartment is a real value for money. The rooms are decent sizes. AC in the rooms are great. Bathrooms are proper. Laundry rooms are close by. It feels safe. Surroundings is always clean. Leasing office staff are very helpful. Only improvement they could do is improve the quality of the gym maybe add a few machines or dumbbells.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: Yes3-4ish months into living at The Ava it’s been good. We find that the community loves to party on weekends haha which doesn’t really bother us. Other than that management does pretty good at communicating information to residents via email. Although we’ve ran into a couple plumping problems with the unit they were fixed within the day we submitted the ticket.
If you are wondering about apartment sizes we 2 people live in a 675 1 bed 1 bath. And it’s a perfect size for us. While we lived here we decided to get a ESA dog and the apartment management were efficient and easy to work with. PET FRIENDLY. People here seem to love pets and animals so much they feed strays and ducks etc.
Other than all of that we are staying right here. We love the Ava it’s perfect for what we need right now.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesJust signed a Renewal lease. Location is the most important thing now a days where you save a lot of time driving around for all your basic needs and Ava got all the check mark. It has improved over the years. My only issue is loud music on the weekends. I work all week and in the weekends I just want to have peace and quietness unfortunately, some people think its okay for there pounding music to be heard by the whole neighborhood and when you asked them to lower it down they act like you are at fault. People like this devalue the community. Management is awesome and the Maintenance is amazing. Shout out to Francisco for always showing up so quickly to fix issues. Thank you for all the work he does to make.
