|Recommended: NoThe neighborhood itself is okay, but the staff and maintenance needs to be improved — The neighborhood is decent and quiet. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY
|Recommended: YesGood to start — The previous company did not charge for the little things. Like a lake view I was assigned a building and an apartment that I never chose, but now I have to pay monthly to see a pond... The apartments are nice and the maintenance employees are very diligent. The office employees are also good, but sometimes they need to be more empathy with the resident. I truly wish they would change the option for valet trash, some people are not using the system properly and are leaving there trash wrongly set up, which makes it hard for the employee to pick up. Meaning, the employee will not pick it up and the resident is leaving there trash out of the door for days... Overall, I love the quietness and privacy my apt has to offer. If you get good neighbors, they will keep it down also.
|Recommended: NoDisappoint — the last time, the A C didn't work since 11 00 pm and I called emergency the staff and leave a message they respond next day at 11 00 am.
|Recommended: NoNot perfect, not bad — Sometimes things break and they'll probably get fixed. also they made the trash valet thing, something you can get fined for. Which seems more spiteful than anything else.
|Recommended: YesRoom for improvement. — If you need a place to live, that’s relatively cheap and has everything you need, this is okay.
|Recommended: NoIt looks above average. — Read the contract. It's shifty and if you live with your spouse and they are the one making money and they die you still can't get out of the lease unless you pay the fee.

|Recommended: YesVery quick, and quick when order maintenance — This place is nice and very quiet. Everyone is friendly and nice and always willing to help. I have lived here for a year now going on two. And place is still the same even if it’s under new ownership. I would totally recommend.

|Recommended: YesIt’s okay — My upstairs neighbors are really loud just walking around their apartment day in and day out. I would not recommend at all renting an apartment with upstairs neighbors. The employees seem nice enough, however, and the emails have been getting less passive aggressive since management changed.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and Reasonable — Ownership has changed during Covid , I must say they are working with residents with payment options. Quiet community at reasonable rental pricing. Layout of apartment is comfortable. The patios are large, yet would have loved more privacy from next door neighbors while on patios. like a screen door or something. Overall I love where I live and staff is super nice and cooperative.
