Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesReally beautiful serene oasis in the city— perfectly located near 275 and I-4 and an easy cab to the city for a night out.
Maintenance is quick and friendly. Apartment is given to you like a blank canvas— freshly painted white. Apartment quality is fine
Lake is beautiful and full of wildlife lots of ducks, herons, fish, turtles and the walk around the lake is perfect after a long day.

She also feels safe knowing she lives in the front and near the office. Also share the maintenance people are very courteous with her being an elderly. Thank you AVA Apartments and Staff

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far I really enjoy the community here the lake and mini-boardwalk nature trail-thing is lovely, and I think that the Amazon hub is a useful addition to the property. The unit itself is small for the price point, but more up-to-date than expected. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves mostly, and I like the location.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesAside from not having a laundry system in the unit the apt complex is very nice. I like how tge maintenance man is always ready and available and how the staff are super understanding. Overall its a vey nice experience.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesBeen in the community for 6 months now and the experience is awesome. I like that they have activities for the residence like decorating contest for the community during the holidays and if you win or placed 2nd or 3rd you get credit toward your rent. I love the community reward where you can earn points just by posting pictures around the community, voting for pictures or writing a review. I also like that they have cleanup crew once a week and they cover the porch too. Communication between the management and residence is easy.
